9. 1.4.4. Stoppage of provision of personal information to third parties upon request from the individual concerned
10. 1.4.5. Method by which requests from the individual concerned are received

1. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the destination to which the said information is provided shall not be considered a third party in the following cases.
2. 2.1. Cases in which this Inn subcontracts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of usage
3. 2.2. Cases in which personal information is provided as part of the succession of business due to a merger or other such reason

Cases in which the personal information is to be used in collaboration with a particular party and the individual concerned is given notice in advance, or the individual concerned can easily learn, thereof as well as the items of personal information to be used in collaboration, the scope of the party using it in collaboration, the purpose of usage of the party using it, and the name of the party bearing responsibility for the said personal information

Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. 1. Except where determined by law, ordinance, or otherwise provided for in this Policy, the contents of this Policy are subject to change without notice to the user.
2. 2. Except where otherwise determined by this Inn, the Privacy Policy with changes made shall go into effect when it is posted to this website.
